bargaining power we can wield when negotiating with the R.A. Secondly, some listen to CB on scanners. Short Wave Listeners do not require a licence and we welcome them. WE NEED YOU! We particularly need those who are willing to help build a national structure. We need local committees to co-ordinate the work in their areas, pass on ideas, and to be part of the management. We need people to do good work for the betterment of C13. PRIORITIES Listed below are the ten priorities that we ask our members to list in order of their preference. The figures on the right show their response, and influences the direction that the National Council takes.
